
Senior Vice President, Business Transformation and Strategy
Till Bruett is the Senior Vice President of Business Transformation and Strategy at FINCA International, where he leads cross-functional efforts across financial services, research, and product design to align and implement initiatives that drive growth and impact. He drives the piloting and rollout of the 361 by FINCA platform across six subsidiaries, improving product uptake, operational efficiency, and client outcomes, while championing strategic partnerships to advance FINCA’s mission worldwide.
Till has over 20 years of experience in inclusive finance and digital innovation. Before joining FINCA, he was Senior Director at DAI, managing a $1 billion portfolio of projects in 80 countries to strengthen financial sectors and expand MSME finance. He also led the UN Task Force on Digital Financing of the Sustainable Development Goals and built UNCDF’s largest digital finance program, growing it from $4 million to $50 million across 10 countries. Earlier in his career, he launched the Pacific Financial Inclusion Programme and co-founded Alternative Credit Technologies.
Till holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Duke University and a master’s degree in international economics and European studies from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies. He has served as an adjunct professor of microfinance at Johns Hopkins and a guest lecturer at Georgetown University.
