At 361 by FINCA, Marwa contributes to the development and execution of cross-cutting initiatives that advance inclusive finance and product innovation across diverse markets. She brings a structured, outcomes-driven approach to product and strategy delivery, blending agile methodologies with user-centred design, strategic clarity, and a deep understanding of operational realities on the ground.
She has led multidisciplinary teams and advised high-level stakeholders on large-scale programs across Africa, the Middle East, and the UK, including initiatives focused on national housing, sustainable tourism, and digital financial services. Her background spans both strategy design and hands-on agile execution, enabling her to bridge the gap between policy, technology, and implementation.
