Marwa is a strategy and product professional with over a decade of experience leading complex transformation initiatives across public, private, and multilateral sectors. Her work spans financial inclusion, regulatory reform, digital governance, and national development, with a consistent focus on expanding access, strengthening service delivery, and ensuring systems work better for the people they serve.

At 361 by FINCA, Marwa contributes to the development and execution of cross-cutting initiatives that advance inclusive finance and product innovation across diverse markets. She brings a structured, outcomes-driven approach to product and strategy delivery, blending agile methodologies with user-centred design, strategic clarity, and a deep understanding of operational realities on the ground.

She has led multidisciplinary teams and advised high-level stakeholders on large-scale programs across Africa, the Middle East, and the UK, including initiatives focused on national housing, sustainable tourism, and digital financial services. Her background spans both strategy design and hands-on agile execution, enabling her to bridge the gap between policy, technology, and implementation.

Marwa is an alumna of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Women of Color Leadership Program and is passionate about building systems and products that are not only efficient, but equitable and inclusive by design.
