Sadaf Parvaiz

Sadaf has over 20 years’ experience in the private sector as an Inclusion & Diversity industry leader. Sadaf works at GHD where she was appointed as the first ever Global Enterprise Inclusion & Diversity Leader. Sadaf is leading the I&D strategy across GHD with over 200 offices globally and over 10,000 employees with presence across the US, Canada, UK, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, Philippines and Singapore.

Previously as Director – Americas Diversity and Inclusiveness Office at EY, Sadaf designed and facilitated several high-profile D&I leadership development programs and created EY’s first global D&I digital, mobile enabled training. Sadaf and her team were responsible for ensuring all EY talent and business processes are designed from a D&I lens. She led the execution and consultation of EY’s Global D&I Tracker, the firm’s first global business measurement and accountability tool for D&I progress. Sadaf’s work earned her a nomination for Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI)’s D&I Practitioner of the Year award in 2020.

Sadaf received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University (Canada). She has a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Ontario and holds a Certified Public Accounting designation in the US. She has also completed a Certificate in Intercultural Studies from the University of British Columbia.

Sadaf has served as a board member on the Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) and previously served on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Peel Region as the Secretary and Chair of the Nominations Committee.

Sadaf lives in Oakville, is married to a fellow CPA and has three daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, working out and watching her daughters play hockey.
