Lindsay Wallace

Executive Director, FINCA Canada & Managing Director, Institutional & Investment Capital

Lindsay Wallace is the Executive Director of FINCA Canada and Managing Director of Institutional & Investment Capital at FINCA International. Lindsay focuses on building strategic partnerships to advance FINCA’s mission and to strengthen FINCA’s visibility and brand.

Lindsay brings over 25 years of experience in international development across education, agriculture, and financial inclusion, with a strong track record of advancing private-sector growth and business-driven solutions to alleviate poverty. She has held senior leadership roles at MEDA, where she served as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Communications, and Impact, as well as at Limestone Analytics, the Mastercard Foundation, and the United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.

Lindsay holds a Master of Arts in economics with a specialization in environmental studies from the University of Toronto, a Master of Public Administration from Carleton University, and a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics from McGill University. She is also Board Chair of the Canada Forum for Impact Investment and Development (CAFIID).
