Emma fell in love with supply chains getting her boots dirty, on a cocoa farm, in 2009. This was after working in Sales and HR and led her on a 10+ year adventure reinventing global sourcing strategies to secure sustainable supply chains. After several years leading global teams at Mars, Emma moved to Hotel Chocolat to be part of growing a young business, lead procurement and deliver a world of sustainable, cocoa inspired experiences at the Hotel, Project Chocolat and cocoa farm in Saint Lucia. Emma joined the board of FINCA UK in 2023, a global charity who have a mission to alleviate poverty through lasting solutions that help people build assets, create jobs and raise their standard of living.
