Mr. Green is a Partner at Insight Partners, a global leadership advisory firm, where he specializes in working with clients in financial services and technology. Over the last 15 years Mr. Green has worked as a consultant to financial institutions building more effective teams and stronger corporate cultures, a mediator during disputes between governments and corporations, and a facilitator of political negotiations in moments of international crisis.
Mr. Green has significant experience advising senior leaders in banking during negotiations between banks and regulatory authorities, disputes between senior management teams and boards of directors, transformations of organizational cultures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. He has trained and advised many of the world’s leading commercial and investment banks throughout the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. For roughly 10 years Mr. Green served as a consultant to FINCA’s subsidiaries across Latin America, Africa and Eurasia as they transformed from non-profit organizations to regulated financial institutions. Mr. Green holds a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a master’s from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
