Customer Collaboration Expert Charles Trevail Joins FINCA International’s Board

November 2, 2016, Washington, D.C. – FINCA International, a Washington D.C.-based not-for-profit pioneer of microfinance and social enterprise solutions for the poor, is pleased to welcome Charles Trevail, CEO of C Space, to its board of directors.

Charles brings his expertise in global branding and client collaboration to FINCA, which provides low-income entrepreneurs and their communities with responsible loans, savings and other services in more than 20 developing countries. FINCA is also helping very low-income people get access to life-changing products such as solar lamps, clean cookstoves and water filters.

Charles Trevail is a globally recognized leader in how to reinvent a company and brand through co-creation with customers and stakeholders. He is currently based in Boston as the CEO of C Space, the leading customer collaboration agency. Charles was the founder and CEO of Promise, a UK-based agency that was sold to C Space. Prior to that, he led FutureBrand and also Enterprise IG (now The Brand Union). He has advised brands and governments around the world, including British Airways, BMW, McDonald’s, Telefonica and L’Oréal. He was part of the team that helped realize Canary Wharf in East London; helped British Airways invent and launch “21st-century air travel,” including the world’s first flat beds in business class; and helped create McDonald’s “restaurant of the future” pilot in the UK. He was also a founding board member for FINCA UK, a charitable partner of FINCA International.
