Senior Vice President and Philanthropy Advisor
Soledad Gompf is a Senior Vice President and Philanthropy Advisory for FINCA International with over 30 years of experience with corporate and non-profit entities in Latin America and the United States in the areas of administration, strategic planning, budgeting, program design, project management, strategic initiatives and partnerships, resource mobilization and grant management.
Before joining FINCA International, she was a Founding Member of Conservation International where she served as its Director of Development. Previous to that, she served as the Director of Corporate Giving at the Nature Conservancy’s International Program, and with Centromin Peru, where she worked in different capacities within the Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Executive Departments. A native of Peru, Ms. Gompf holds a law degree from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
