Credit Suisse, a long-time supporter of FINCA’s work, is providing generous support for the FINCA Development Academy (FDA) to make it possible for mid-level managers in Malawi and across the network to receive training that will not only improve service to clients, but provide them with the skills to advance within the FINCA Network.
As a long-time supporter of FINCA, Credit Suisse sent a video crew to Malawi to document the program, and has provided us with a brilliant overview of the impact of FINCA’s small loans in this most challenging environment, as well as an up-close look at the positive impact this type of training is providing for our staff.
