During October 16-19, we celebrated Financial Inclusion Week (FIW), an annual event organized by the Center for Financial Inclusion. It aims to be a forum for exchanging ideas among global organizations advancing inclusive finance. This year\u2019s week of events delved into whether inclusive finance is ready for the accelerating pace of change driven by artificial intelligence, climate change, and forced displacement. Panel discussions highlighted steps to embrace change and promote more inclusion rather than exclusion responsibly.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s always important to put a face to the work that we do. We really want to make sure we\u2019re leveraging that voice that our customers have in product design. We need to make sure that what we are delivering is something customers actually want. It needs to be simple, something they can use, and easy to understand. But it also needs to be financially accessible to them.
