We also know that <a href=\"https:\/\/finca.org\/blogs\/meet-mama-kapu-and-her-employees\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">empowering women has a ripple effect<\/a>. In an increasing number of families, the woman provides a substantial portion\u2014 or all\u2014of the family\u2019s income.
