International Women's Day 2023: Embracing the Difference, Now and Tomorrow

March 8th is International Women’s Day. To celebrate, FINCA held a special online event titled, Embracing the Difference, Now and Tomorrow.
While IWD is an important day to recognize achievements and continue inspiring change, we at FINCA promote women’s empowerment and equality every day through our work.
FINCA’s new President and CEO Andrée Simon was joined in conversation by board member Jordan Greenaway. Andrée and Jordan looked back on FINCA’s 40 years history supporting women entrepreneurs and discussed how FINCA is evolving to meet today’s challenges and to advance our broader theory of change.
