At FINCA, we are continuously collecting data to assess the impact of our work from the perspective of our clients. This information shows us the benefits our clients are receiving and the ways we may improve to better serve them.
Recently, our Research team, led by Scott Graham and Anahit Tevosyan, conducted household and enterprise surveys among FINCA clients in the DR Congo, with support from Global Affairs Canada.
Survey data presented compelling findings about the unique challenges women entrepreneurs face in running profitable businesses. Additionally, the research shows that agency banking is in wide use, among women and men; clients like how agency banking saves them time.
